1. A done for you service where we the client a viable property and get permission from the landlord to use it as a short term rental.
2. ⁠A self guided course demonstrating how to run the short term rental.
3. ⁠2 group coaching calls per week where participants can ask questions about their specific property.
4. ⁠A group where members can trade ideas, strategies and seek help from the community.
